The Business Development Manager (East Coast) drives new event and experiential business across the region by sourcing opportunities, building agency and brand relationships, and maintaining a strong, trackable pipeline. They lead early outreach and pitch conversations, collaborate with our internal teams to shape scopes and proposals, and help negotiate and close work with clarity and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and qualify new event and experiential opportunities across the East Coast market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and regional partners.

  • Lead first-touch outreach, pitch calls, and early discovery conversations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop scopes, budgets, and proposal materials.

  • Manage a clean, consistent sales pipeline with proper tracking, reporting, and follow-up.

​

  • Support negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth handoff into production.
